Member Spotlight: Natasha Cozart

With a dynamic background ranging in culinary arts to luxury real estate, Miami native Natasha Cozart’s dedication and drive put her at the forefront as BPN Member Spotlight of the month. As a realtor specializing in luxury real estate, she focuses on new and pre-construction homes as well as Airbnb approved short term investment properties. Natasha shares her insights and inspiration below.
1.) How long have you been apart of BPN?
I have been an active BPN member for 2 years now.
2.) What is your favorite aspect of being apart of BPN?
Black excellence everywhere :). BPN is not a trade specific network, therefore the variety of professionals you meet is quite vast. From barbers to fashion designers to budding tech enthusiasts, etc… The ever growing network represents the best of all industries, even on a national scale.
3.) Tell us about an accomplishment you are proud of.
I am proud that I bet on myself in changing careers during the pandemic. It was a risky move, but I am happy that my skill set and work ethic have carried me over well with the grace of God. I feel confident and determined to continue achieving greatness and results for my clients.
4.) Describe your approach to success.
My approach to success is longevity. No lasting success happens overnight. To me, it’s about consistency, a culmination of small steps and decisions that evolve over time. It’s a process and balance for sure, but in due time you gain the experience and work/life combination that works best for you and what you want to achieve.
5.) Where does your inspiration draw from?
I get inspiration from travelling. I love the arts, nature and architecture. Visiting new cultures and communities are always inspiring to me. Traveling is always a great occasion to widen your thoughts and horizons.
6.) What’s a fun fact about yourself?
I am a former chef. I love to visit new restaurants and support the culinary community. I believe they are an essential part of developing an established and distinguished food city. I also speak French, Haitian Creole and Spanish.
