Recap: BPN Mixer at R House

Amidst the blaring South Florida summer heat, the Black Professionals Network attendees stepped out to the July mixer this past Thursday the 22nd at Wynwood’s R House. An artsy ambiance blending art, music, and eclectic bites, where our professionals of all fields were brought together to create viable connections.

Each mixer is designed for each attendee to make one new connection. Interactive ice breakers allowed members and newcomers to hold deeper conversations, expanding their network.

The skill of networking was exercised throughout the groups, bonding professionals together over Latin flavors by Chef Rocco Carulli and signature happy hour cocktails like the R House’s Kiwi Berry Blast.

Attendees who came with their business cards ready were able to enter for a chance for complimentary membership or a business spotlight.

Both Shades of Melanin at the Soho House and the July Networking Mixer at R House kicked off a summer of success with the Black Professionals Network. Stay tuned for events like School Daze and the August mixer, along with our steady lineup of online content and resources coming your way all season!
