Newsletter Inclusion Policy

All members receive a complimentary email blast to promote an event, service, or product to the database.

  • This blast will be included in postings 2x (1 general subscriber list and 1 members) for 1 week.
  • Members who would want to run an extension receive a discount at 20% on promotional marketing levels and must contact member@mybpn.org instead to process submission. This is waived if giveaway tickets are provided and an agreed upon schedule of postings will be established.
  • We encourage our members to provide a discount code for members to use but it can’t be a code to the whole database. 
  • Only select events and professional services can be promoted on social media and must meet guidelines as well. The organization reserves the right to reject requests not aligned with our company brand.

In order to maintain a consistent user experience across our platform, BPN reserves the right to not include certain images that do not comply with our brand guidelines. Flyers and templates should meet at a minimum the following:

  • Be easy to read
  • Contain minimal grammatical errors
  • Contain relevant imagery
  • No pornographic or explicit content
  • Be of high-resolution quality
  • Meet industry standard professional design

If member’s flyers fail to meet these requirements, we may inform the member and elect to use the company’s logo or swap with a relevant stock image or at last resort include it as text with a link to event, service, or product.

Sizes and Dimensions:

  • Newsletter – square (500 x 500px) or banner size (500 x 300px) most compatible.
  • Social media – square most compatible (600 x 600px), videos (maximum file size of 15 mb, must be a maximum of 60 seconds and maximum video width is 1080 px (pixels) wide.
